Polyethylene foam, available in thicknesses of between 0.8 and 1.6 mm.

Their thickness compensates for any irregularities in the surface on which they are placed.
Technical characteristics
Good tear resistance with bonding strength of 70 N/cm².
Available with a rubber adhesive for indoor use and an acrylic adhesive for use outdoors or for ultraviolet exposure.
Silicon-paper lining.

General-purpose foam
PE high-density foam with a rubber or acrylic adhesive offering good stability (excellent tear and shear resistance).
Applications
General mounting applications, mounting lightweight plastics, promotional signs, attachment of various items of equipment.
Acrylic version suitable for mounting mirrors, automotive components and nameplates outdoors.

High-performance foam
High-performance foam with modified acrylic, bonding strength, excellent tear and shear resistance.
Combines high initial tack with long-term durability.
Applications
Mounting mirrors, ceiling lights, heavy outdoor plates, electronic components. Available in black and white.

Very-high performance foam
Very-high density EVA foam. Can be used in certain cases to replace rivets or fix heavy objects. Optimum results obtained in 72 hours. Excellent tear and shear resistance.

To help us determine the product best suited to your requirements, it is important to specify the nature of the two substrates to be assembled and to specify any technical constraints (mechanical, thermal, etc.).
